Holidays and deadlines
When is Ascension Day this year? By when must an invoice at 30 days end of month be paid? How many working days lie between two dates?
Public holidays
The ten legal public holidays, the same in all of Belgium. When one falls on a Sunday, employees get a replacement day.

Due date of an invoice
The counter is open. Type or paste something in the field.
Without agreement, 30 days apply. Between businesses you may agree 60 days at most (law of 2 August 2002, amended in 2021).
Count working days
Counted from the day after the first date, up to and including the second. Working days are Monday to Friday without the legal public holidays.
How it works
The holidays are calculated, not copied from a list: the ten legal public holidays (law of 4 January 1974), Easter by the Gregorian calendar, and if you like your community's day or the closing days of the European payment system.
A payment term can run in three ways. When the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday, Loket can move it to the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday without the legal public holidays. Leave, bridge days and sector holidays are not known to Loket.
