Privacy
Nothing leaves
Loket checks everything on your own device. What you type never reaches a server.
What Loket keeps
Nothing you type. Numbers, amounts and names stay in your browser's memory while the page is open, and are gone once you close it.
What your browser remembers
Only your preferences: light or dark and the reading-comfort settings, in your browser's local storage. To make the site work offline, the browser also keeps a copy of the pages. None of your data is in it.
No tracking
No cookies, no statistics, no ads and no fonts or scripts from other services: everything comes from Loket itself. Like any web server, the hosting keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) to run the site. What you type isn't in them, because it never goes to the server.
The national register number
That counter deserves its own mention: the number is checked in your browser only, never kept, never sent and never put in the page address. Leave the page and it's gone.
The browser extension
The extension only reads the text you select, and only when you click its icon. It has no access to your other tabs, never connects to the internet and keeps nothing.
